Upon arrival, the friendly staff greeted me warmly and directed me to the buggy counter. The ride up the hill was enchanting, with lush greenery and glimpses of the Andaman Sea teasing what was to come. The explosion of flavours was a testament to the quality and creativity of the kitchen. For the main course, I chose an international dish inspired by Italian cuisine, which was perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection.

Every moment at Hilltop is picture-perfect. The panoramic views of the Andaman Sea, the beautifully presented dishes, and the elegant decor provided endless photo opportunities. I couldn’t resist capturing the stunning sunset, which painted the sky with vibrant hues of orange and pink. Located atop Sinae Phuket Luxury Hotel, Hilltop offers incredible convenience. Guests can access a reserved area and use the direct buggy service from their rooms. The round-trip buggy ride, fully redeemable for food and drinks, added convenience and luxury to my visit.
