Scott Dylan and the Turnaround of Distressed Companies
Scott Dylan first entered the world of insolvency when he was approached to become an interim director of a Top 100 digital agency. Undeterred, Scott sought advice from insolvency practitioners, accountants, lawyers, employees, and the creditor pool. He then undertook a hostile takeover, which ultimately proved successful.
