Always find service providers near your location for prompt and affordable service charges. Service providers often charge extra for customers far away from their locations. Also if they are located near your location, they can dispatch technicians faster.
For Under Warranty Appliances Find Authorized Service Centres Only
If your appliance is within the warranty period, it is recommended to find an authorized service centre than any third party technicians. Although most of such local services don’t work under warranty, some scammers agree, you need to avoid them. Always ask if they are authorized in case of warranty appliances.
Always Check Reviews & Ratings Online

It means they should revisit free of cost and repair again if the same issue arises after their service is completed within a certain period of time. The service guarantee ranges from 15 days to 30 days.
Also if the appliance requires new spare parts, ask them to use only branded one which comes with upto 90 days warranty. Which means if the issue arises due to the same replaced spare parts, they will be replaced with the new one within 90 days.
Preparing for a Service Appointment
You or any of your family members need to be present during the technician visit. Prepare the appliance which is going to be repaired. Remove any cover on it (if any) or shift furniture or things around it to create enough space for technicians for better inspection of the appliance.
